• personal data provided during the registration of the ordering account - for the purpose of registering an account in the online store and performing the concluded contract, contacting the customer - for the period of having an account of the ordering party, personal<\/li>\n
• data provided when subscribing to the newsletter - in order to send advertising, commercial, marketing information (newsletter) by e-mail - until the consent is withdrawn.<\/li>\n
• After the expiry of the data storage period referred to in para. 1.above, customers' personal data may be stored for the purpose of:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  - pursuing possible claims in connection with the performance of the contract, debt collection, court, arbitration or mediation proceedings, - performance of obligations under the law, e.g. tax and accounting, regarding warranty,<\/p>\n

  • The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the Administrator for the purposes indicated in par. 1. lit. d) -e) is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR, i.e. the consent given by the person providing their personal data.<\/li>\n
  • The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the Administrator for the purposes indicated in par. 2 is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR, i.e. fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the Personal Data Administrator.<\/li>\n
  • Providing personal data by the customer is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purpose for which they are provided by the customer. Without providing the data, the service will not be able to be performed, e.g. failure to deliver the order.<\/li>\n
