Complaints about mechanical damage to the shipment arising during transport will be considered after drawing up a damage report signed by the recipient of the shipment and the courier.

Withdrawal from the contract

Each customer of the store has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, without giving any justification, provided that the product has not been used or damaged. To return the purchased goods, please send it to the address given below, along with the return form and proof of purchase. The product must be returned at his own expense by any courier company or by post in the original packaging.
