• The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the Administrator for the purposes indicated in par. 2 is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR, i.e. fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the Personal Data Administrator.
• Providing personal data by the customer is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purpose for which they are provided by the customer. Without providing the data, the service will not be able to be performed, e.g. failure to deliver the order.
